i think its whack that there's like no indian musicians, indian actors, or anything. down at the grammy's last night, there wasn't a fucking single person who was indian. there was a sri lankan, MIA, well, she's the daughter of a Sri Lankan, i wonder if you'd really call her a person from the place, or if you'd be better off calling her a British citizen. i do know that's where she was recording her stuff at, but I dunno. we'll see.

anyway, there's MIA, and besides that, there's like, no other BROWN SKINNED people on the stage. Not a single asian. no native americans. no latinos. or any hah, aboriginals, or south pacific peeps, or anything.

its fucking rediculous. there should be more fuckin indians on tv and shit. you dont see any fuckin indian comedians on the fuckin shows. where's the fuckin indian stand up comedians. i mean where the fuck are they. there's like fuckin none of 'em, except the fuckin overweight and girlish dweebs i'd never call fuckin funny hah. at least they're tryin, but so far we've got no great comedians in the indian community hah. it's fuckin rediculous. and when it comes to fuckin music, sure, there's artists, a few. but do they fuckin get recognized. no.

and one other thing. bhangra right? called world music according to allmusic.com. while at the same time they pull up folk and its listed as folk music, typically european or american. and im thinking, what the fuck. hah. there should be some fuckin indian shit in there. i mean, bhangra is the folk music of the punjab. it was done at harvest festivals and shit. i mean what the fuck hah. there should be some fucking distinction given to that fuckin shit. i mean if thats not fuckin folk music, nothing is hah. in my fuckin mind, Bhangra IS folk and needs to be recognized as such. otherwise its fuckin rediculous.

if i were to ever form a bhangra group, i'd call it an "indian folk" group. heh.
