"Racism is inherent in all forms of society."

Yo, the title of this post comes from an exerpt of a comment on a youtube video I found just now. Before I go on I need to touch on the recent spat of shootings we've experienced lately as a country. First the shooting at the dark knight premier. then the shooting at the sikh temple. and now another shooting of a black man by his neighbor. these incidents are cropping up and it just goes to show how prevalent the problem really is. my thoughts are with all the victims, their families friends and communities. this quote seemed like it struck a chord with me. I don't believe that Racism is an Inherent part of all forms of society. There is nothing inherent about it. To attribute falsities to a genus of the species, to take a group of assumptions and say, these falsities are true. I feel there is a point of enlightenment touching the world, all people are slowly realizing the truth, the falsehood of assumption, and the reality of sameness in the world. We are a different looking species, but we are the same as well. - Shawn.Fresh
